To pay online via purchase card or credit card, click “Pay Now” add the course will be added to your cart. If you would like to pay for more than one student in a single transaction, change the quantity in the cart to your desired number of attendees.
Please note these common reasons your card may be declined:
1. The credit card issuer is treating the transaction as fraud and will not approve the charge. Depending on the card issuer, you may only receive a message that says the card is declined but not why, and they may or may not notify you of a potentially fraudulent charge. If your card is declined, please contact your credit card company and let them know this is a valid transaction. You will then have to resubmit your order.
2. The zip code must match the code on the credit card’s billing address – which won’t necessarily be the same as your home zip code.
3. You may be over your card’s credit limit. Even if your card has a high limit, some cards have a maximum “per transaction.”
