Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Payment Timing: Complete payment is due 30 days prior to the course. If no payment is made, that student’s spot may be forfeited to someone on the wait list.

JMark will never charge a credit card until 30 days prior to the first day of the course, even if payment information is collected further ahead of time.  If registration occurs within 30 days of a course, the card will be charged at that time.

Cancellation Policy: JMark Services reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseeable circumstances or events.  Every effort will be made to place students in the next available course.

If a student is no longer able to attend a course, please notify JMark right away.  If requested, the JMark course managers will place that student in the next available course.

Refund Policy:  More than 30 days prior to a course, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. For cancellations under 30 days, refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
