Please note these common reasons your card may be declined:
1. The credit card issuer is treating the transaction as fraud and will not approve the charge. Depending on the card issuer, you may only receive a message that says the card is declined but not why, and they may or may not notify you of a potentially fraudulent charge.. If your card is declined, please contact your credit card company and let them know this is a valid transaction. You will then have to resubmit your order.
2. The zip code must match the code on the credit card’s billing address – which won’t necessarily be the same as your home zip code.
3. Funds will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you are a student from outside the U.S., please confirm the credit card company does not have a dollar limit on foreign transactions.
