Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Payment Timing: Payment is due 30 days prior to the course. If no payment is made, that student’s spot may be forfeited to someone on the wait list.
JMark will charge a credit card at the time payment information is submitted, so please confirm sufficient funds are available.
Cancellation Policy: JMark Services reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseeable circumstances or events. Every effort will be made to place students in the next available course.
If a student is no longer able to attend a course, please notify JMark right away. If requested, the JMark course managers will place that student in the next available course.
Refund Policy: More than 30 days prior to a course, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. For cancellations under 30 days, refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If JMark Services cancels a course for which you have already paid, refunds will be issued promptly.
