International Center for Security and Leadership Fellow, Dr. Balazs Martonffy, awarded the prestigious 2020 John McCain Dissertation Award

We are very pleased to announce that International Center for Security and Leadership Fellow, Dr. Balazs Martonffy, was awarded the 2020 John McCain Dissertation Award. This prestigious award is for exceptional academic achievement in the field of political science. Given for the second time at the Munich Security Conference, the award honors the significant contributions of John McCain to strengthening transatlantic ties. In addition to his JMark Services Inc. association, Dr. Martonffy is an assistant professor at the National University of Public Service in Budapest. His doctoral thesis, “Analysis Paralysis: Threat Perceptions and Incohesion in NATO,” analyzes peacetime alliance cooperation. Congratulations, Balazs!
