Dr. Nicole Racine is a Senior Program Analyst at JMark, where she provides contract support for the DoD’s Science and Mathematics Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship for Service Program within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). With SMART, Nicole uses her technical background to coordinate and analyze SMART Program initiatives, including the SEED award for SMART Ph.D. scholars and SMART’s international internships program.
Prior to her current role, Nicole was a STEM Program Analyst for DoD STEM education and outreach programs, including programs executed under the National Defense Education Program. Nicole received her Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). In her spare time, Nicole loves to read, go camping, and experiment with new baking recipes.
